Restaurant chain plans 10 units in new markets
Bennigan’s Franchising Co. has signed a master franchise agreement with the Al Aroud Group of companies to open 10 Bennigan’s restaurants in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Turkey. The first restaurant stemming from the new pact is expected to open in 2012. Dallas-based Bennigan’s operates Irish pub-themed locales in 12 U.S. states and 10 overseas markets, including Greece, India, Mexico and Qatar.
