Celebrity chef’s latest locale to open in mid-2012
Celebrity chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud will open a restaurant in the new Four Seasons Hotel Toronto that’s slated to debut in the middle of next year. The new, 259-key hotel in Toronto’s Yorkville district, will feature a Cafe Boulud, as well as a new street-level bar.
“I believe Four Seasons represents the ultimate benchmark of excellence in hospitality, and I could not have a finer partner or setting for creating a restaurant, especially here in Toronto,” said Boulud, a native of France who has restaurants in New York, Miami, Palm Beach, London, Singapore and Beijing.
Patrons will enter Boulud’s Toronto restaurant via a soaring staircase that will rise from the street-level bar. The cafe’s design, by Rosalie Wise Designs, will feature a loft-like setting with large windows.
