There's more than Pike Place Roast brewing at Starbucks Coffee Co. The Seattle-based coffee house chain signed a joint venture agreement in Argentina with Alsea S.A. de C.V. to form Café Sirena S.R.L. Modeled on a joint venture in Mexico that has spurred development of more than 150 stores, Café Sirena will operate Starbucks retail locations throughout this coffee-loving country.
