Investment firm to asset manage Czech city’s Mandarin Oriental locale
Cedar Capital Partners said it has led the restructuring of MSC Hotel Investment Cooperatie U.A., owner of the 99-room Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic. Cedar Capital Partners said it will asset manage the hotel on behalf of MSC's new members, Hotel Properties Ltd. and its affiliate.
“We are pleased to announce the restructuring of MSC and to working with Hotel Properties Ltd. in maintaining the Mandarin Oriental as the leading hotel in Prague,” said Cedar Capital ceo Ramsey Mankarious.
