Gaming company also extends agreement with Oceania line
Century Casinos Inc. has been hired to operate the casinos on the three luxury vessels operated by Regent Seven Seas Cruises. In addition, Century said it has extended its long-term agreement to operate casinos on Oceania Cruises' three vessels until the end of 2016.
The agreement with Regent calls for Century Casinos to operate the gaming facilities on the line's Seven Seas Voyager, Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Navigator. “We are very happy to have Century Casinos as our exclusive casino partner," said Robin Lindsay, Regent's executive vice president, vessel operations. “Century Casinos is the leader in providing excellent casino operations at highest international standards and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.”
Century Casinos also operates casinos aboard eight other luxury cruise vessels: Silver Cloud, Regatta, Insignia, Nautica, Mein Schiff, Wind Surf, Wind Star and Wind Spirit. Its land-based operations include the Womacks Casino & Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colo.; the Century Casino & Hotel in Central City, Colo.; the Century Casino & Hotel in Edmonton, Canada; and the Silver Dollar Casino in Calgary, Canada.
