The Chicago Loop has been the site of two recent hotel-related developments: the opening of the 238-room theWit on West Adams Street and the completed renovation of the eight-year-old W Chicago-City Center on State Street.
The 27-story, new-build theWit is a Doubletree Hotel featuring an exterior by Chicago architect Jackie Koo and interiors by Cheryl Rowley. The new-look W, meantime, includes upgrades to its 235 guestrooms and suites, its W Living Room lobby space, and more than 14,000 square feet of meeting/event space.
