Chili's Grill & Bar has opened a new restaurant in the Tanglin Mall in Singapore, part of an agreement with franchisee Grandko Restaurants to open four new restaurants in that country by 2011. The new eatery, whose interior features custom menu lampshades and colorful tiled tables, large flat screen TVs and snapshots of Chili's all over the world, is the 28th international unit for Chili's, a unit of Dallas-based Brinker International.
