Al Copeland Investments will soon open Copeland's Social City, an upscale restaurant in the New Orleans suburb of Metairie, La. The new restaurant, slated to begin operations Nov. 21, is Al Copeland Jr.'s first endeavor since taking over his father's company, whose holdings include 30 restaurants, hotels and comedy clubs.
