Restaurateur teams with Jordan Mozer on locale’s design
Restaurateur/chef Michael Cordúa has announced plans to open a third Américas restaurant, in the River Oaks Shopping Center in Houston. The second-floor, 9,150-square-foot restaurant is slated to debut this fall in the Weingarten Realty Investors' shopping complex.
The restaurant will feature an elevated bar area and private event spaces. It is being designed by Cordúa and architect Jordan Mozer. Cordúa's company currently owns and operates Churrascos River Oaks, Churrascos Westchase, Américas Post Oak, Américas The Woodlands, Artista and Amazon Grill.
