Costa Cruises' newest vessel, Costa Luminosa, will make its debut next year in Dubai, Travelmole.com reports. Work on the 2,826-passenger ship will be completed in April 2009 and it will be christened in June in Genoa with the Costa Pacifica. Costa Luminosa will run cruises from Savona to Dubai with its sister, Costa Europa.
