Coral Gables locale to open early next year
Minneapolis-based CRAVE, a restaurant concept that intermingles contemporary American fare and sushi, plans to open a restaurant in the Village of Merrick Park shopping complex in Coral Gables, Fla., in early 2011. It will be the chain's sixth locale – it has three in Minnesota, one in Orlando and one slated to open this fall in Omaha, Neb.
“The Coral Gables community is a great fit for the CRAVE concept,” said Kam Talebi, the concept's owner and ceo. “We've worked hard to find sites where our brand of food-focused, chic yet comfortable dining experiences will resonate, so we knew without hesitation that the Village of Merrick Park was right for us.”
