Pair of acquisitions complements existing hotel and retail

Family-run Delaware North Companies continues its growth spurt with the acquisition of two hotels near Yellowstone National Park. The 66-room Yellowstone Park Hotel and the 103-room Gray Wolf Inns & Suites are the seventh and eighth hotels added by the Buffalo, New York-based group within the last year. Located in West Yellowstone, the properties will complement Delaware North's 123-room Holiday Inn and the retail stores it operates within the park under the terms of a contract with the U.S. National Park Service.
In addition, Delaware North is carrying out a $10 million, 20,000-foot expansion of Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite's spa and conference and meeting facilities.
