Partnership with Pilot/Flying J Travel Centers boosts chain’s growth
Denny's Corp. has opened its 1,600th restaurant, in Sioux Falls, S.D. The family restaurant giant attributes its growth to two major factors: its ongoing efforts to convert company-owned locales to franchisees, and a partnership with Pilot/Flying J Travel Centers that's expected to yield up to 140 new Denny's units by early next year. (The chain's 1,600th unit is a Flying J conversion.)
