The new Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa will resemble a traditional Vietnamese townscape, with the various buildings arranged in clusters, and taking particular inspiration from the nearby historic town of Hue. The design of resort, which is located on the renowned China Beach, is the handiwork of architectural firm RMJM's Singapore office.
"The region surrounding the resort has such a magnificent history," said Karen Lim, design director at RMJM Singapore. "We tried to reflect that in our designs for the project landscape, creating an ideal balance between contemporary luxury and Vietnamese tradition."
Initial construction work has started at the 50-acre resort complex, which will feature luxury residences and a five-star, 200-room Hyatt Regency.
