Hilton Hotels Corp. announced that the Crown Princess Hotel in Kuala Lumpur will undergo a multimillion dollar redesign and renovation over the next several months and reopen next year as a Doubletree by Hilton. Hilton said that move stems from a management agreement it entered with Intermark Sdn. Bhd., owner of the 540-room hotel. The rebranded hotel, the first Doubletree in Malaysia, will be part of a mixed-use complex called The Intermark, which will also include a retail mall and two office towers when completed in 2012.
