Eden Roc, a Renaissance Beach Resort & Spa in Miami Beach, is reopening after undergoing an18-month, $200 million renovation. Work is complete on the Resort Tower, while its new 21-story Ocean Tower is set to open by year-end. Updates to the complex include a lobby bar with Brazilian rosewood columns and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, as well as renovated guest rooms featuring enlarged bathrooms finished in creamy marble. Eden Roc also has five food and beverage outlets, 70,000 square feet of event space, six infinity-edge pools and a 21,000 square-foot spa that's slated to open in spring 2009.
