Company operates three bagel-based chains
Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc. said it plans to open between 75 and 90 restaurants in 2011. The company, which operates quick-casual restaurants under the Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah's New York Bagels and Manhattan Bagel brands, said those new locales will include 10 to 14 new company-owned restaurants, 20 to 26 new franchise restaurants and 45 to 50 license restaurants.
In addition, the company said it plans to relocate 10 to 14 company-owned restaurant in 2011. For the year, Einstein Noah said its capital expenditures are projected to total between $28 million to $30 million.
