Fatburger has opened its second Chicago restaurant, on West 95th Street, and plans eight more units in the market. Both the current Chicago restaurants are franchise-owned by KW Foods LLC. Santa Monica, Calif.-based Fatburger is owned by Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc. The quick-casual, takeout and sit-down restaurant chain consists of 93 units in the U.S., Canada, Dubai, Hong Kong and Macao.
