Wyndham Exchange & Rentals hired Bob Milne as president, Wyndham Vacation Rentals North America. Milne has more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and resort property management.

OPENINGS/RENOVATIONS/BRAND NEWS

Chef Michel Richard’s Central Michel Richard restaurant at Caesars Palace has opened in Las Vegas. The restaurant seats 220 inside, 80 outside and another 75 at the bar.

The 158-key Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center has opened.

The former Sheffield Park Hotel in South Yorkshire, England, reopened as the 95-key DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield Park following renovations.

The 124-key Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Capitol recently underwent a $2 million renovation that incorporated Marriott’s Refreshing Business concept in the lobby and guest rooms.

The 134-key Wyndham Garden Dayton South hotel in Ohio opened following a five-month renovation.

Thirty Six By Nigel Mendham opened in London's West End. The 36-seat restaurant was designed by Shaun Clarkson.

Sarku Japan quick service chain has opened three restaurants in Colombia, South America, as part of a master-license agreement with Frisby S.A. to develop a minimum of 20 restaurants in the next 10 years.
