Atlanta's historic Georgian Terrace Hotel is undergoing an $11 million renovation that will include upgrading its guest rooms, public and social spaces. The centerpiece of the effort will be a makeover of the hotel's food and beverage offering. Puccini Group, a San Francisco-based hotel restaurant design and operations firm, has been selected to renovate and manage the hotel's five major social spaces. The 98-year-old luxury, all-suite hotel is owned by a real estate fund managed by San Francisco-based Fremont Realty Capital, with day-to-day management provided by Virginia-based Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
