Hard Rock International has entered an agreement to develop Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in the EuroVegas complex in northwest Hungary. This latest Hard Rock is slated to open in early 2012, and will feature 600 guest rooms, a casino, several restaurants, bars and nightclubs, a spa and high-end retail shops.
"Hungary is the perfect location for Hard Rock to continue building on its base of world-class hotel and casino properties, and this development will facilitate further expansion of the Hard Rock brand in Europe," said Jim Allen, chairman, Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment.
Hard Rock's partner in the venture is EuroVegas Hungary Ltd., which is owned by the Asamer Group and Supersberger Group and developing an 828-acre entertainment complex on the borders of Hungary, Slovakia and Austria.
