Hilton brands share common area, pool and fitness center
Two Hilton Worldwide brands – Homewood Suites and Hampton Hotels –have opened their first dual-branded development in Canada. Located near Toronto's Pearson International Airport, the complex features two buildings – one with 126 Hampton rooms and the other 128 Homewood brand suites – joined by a shared common area, pool and fitness center. The project is owned by Bayview Toronto Airport Corporate Centre Ltd and managed by Bayview Hospitality, Inc.
“Hilton Worldwide and Bayview Hospitality Inc. recognized a need in both the upscale extended-stay and mid-priced transient hotel segments in the growing Toronto Airport Corporate Centre area,” said Phil Cordell, global head, focused service brands, Hilton Worldwide. “We have had increasing success with our dual-branded projects within the focused-service segment and feel these two leading brands bring high-quality services and amenities at a value-conscious price point.”
