Hotel Indigo Slated for Shanghai

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed a deal with the Shanghai Huangpu River Banks Asset Management Co. for its first Hotel Indigo in the Asia-Pacific region. The 180-room Hotel Indigo Shanghai on the Bund is scheduled to open in 2010. There are 19 Hotel Indigos currently operating, and 56 more are in development.
