Luxury boutique has 64 keys
Graves Hospitality Corp. has opened the Hotel Williamsburg in Brooklyn, N.Y. The luxury boutique hotel caters “to both neighborhood devotees and destination travelers,” Graves says. The hotel has 64 guest rooms, an outdoor pool, a full-service restaurant and a rooftop lounge.
The property’s rooms, designed by Studio Gaia, feature 6-by-7-ft. windows, leather-clad modern lounges with matching ottomans and translucent windows into the bathrooms. Its public spaces include a lobby bar featuring an underfoot “waterfall” flowing through its center and a sunken dining room.
The hotel was developed by KSK Construction Group and is managed by Graves.
