Global Hyatt Corp. announced that its Hyatt Regency Curacao Golf Resort, Spa & Marina in the south Caribbean will open in January 2010. The 350-room resort will feature four restaurants, a spa/beauty salon/fitness center and an 18-hole championship golf course designed by the golf architect Pete Dye. The resort is located in the Santa Barbara Plantation, a 1,500-acre luxury master planned resort community being developed along a natural harbor known as Spanish Water near Curacao's capital city of Willemstad.
