Construction on Hyatt International Hotels & Resorts' new, 300-room Hyatt Regency is under way in Lahore, Pakistan, according to Pakistani news service The Nation. The $150 million luxury property will be part of a mixed use development called Pace Circle that includes high-end retail space and Hyatt-serviced, Pace-managed apartments. International firms such as Creative Kitchen Planners, Bo-Steiber Lighting Design and Green Architects have been working on the Hyatt Regency, which has a 2011 scheduled completion date.
