HVS, a provider of hospitality consulting and services, has named Graciana García Iribarne managing director of its new office in Lima, Peru. That locale is the company's 30th office overall, and third in South America.
The Long & Foster Cos., a real estate company, has named Barry Redler to the new post of chief marketing officer.

Interstate Hotels & Resorts announced it has been awarded management contracts for three London hotels – The Royal Park, The Cranley and The Elizabeth – by Harte Holdings.
Marriott International has signed an agreement with Sao Sang Nha Trang Co. Ltd. to build the first deluxe Marriott Hotels & Resorts-branded hotel in Vietnam. Work on the 250-room Nha Trang Marriott Hotel, in Nha Trang City, is slated to start by year-end and be completed by 2013. The new development is Marriott's fifth property in the country.
The Honua Kai Resort & Spa in Hawaii has completed the 310-room Konea building, the second of two residential towers planned for the Maui development. In addition, a Duke's Beach House restaurant has opened at the resort.
Choice Hotels International Inc. has added the first Canadian property to its Ascend Collection, the 39-room Inn on the Lake hotel of Fall River, Nova Scotia.
The Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore in Tampa, Fla., has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation. The 261-key property is managed by the Davidson Hotel Co.
Accor's Novotel Citygate Hong Kong has been awarded silver-level Green Globe Certification for its eco-friendly initiatives.
The former Holiday Inn San Juan in Puerto Rico is now the Verdanza Hotel. The 222-room locale is a member of Summit Hotels & Resorts, a collection of more than 150 independent properties worldwide.

Aria Group Architects Inc. is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The company, which employs 64, has completed more than 1,600 projects since its inception for such clients as Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, California Pizza Kitchen, McCormick & Schmick's and Hyatt Hotels.
Azamara Cruises, a two-ship brand launched in 2007 with the 694-guest Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest, has renamed itself Azamara Club Cruises as part of a newly refined focus on catering to upmarket, experienced travelers.
Bulbrite has worked with the U.S. State Department to decorate rooms at two Washington, D.C. locales – the U.S. State Department's Harry S. Truman Building and the Blair House – with LED holiday lights and candles. The project also involves Natural Home, Mother Earth News and the Magazine Publishers of America.
