Will operate Las Vegas restaurant
Tilman Fertitta, owner of restaurant, hospitality and entertainment firm Landry’s Inc., is partnering with Eva Longoria to manage, own and operate the Beso Las Vegas, a restaurant in the CityCenter complex. The adjacent Eve Nightclub was closed last month after Beso LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
"Eva created a landmark restaurant at the spectacular CityCenter, and I look forward to working with her as my partner in Beso,” Fertitta says.
Landry's owns and operates a number of restaurants, including the Chart House, Saltgrass Steakhouse and Rainforest Café. The company’s holdings also include the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casinos, the Kemah Boardwalk and the San Luis Resort.
