Terminal 4 eateries to be a “microcosm of the L.A. food scene”

Design firm UXUS is teaming with HMS Host to create a “Downtown Market” food-and-beverage area in Los Angeles International Airport’s Terminal 4. UXUS says the area is being laid out as “a microcosm of the L.A. food scene,” featuring such quick-service restaurants as Cole’s, L.A. Gourmet Street Truck, 8oz Burger, Campanile and La Provence Patisserie & Café. UXUS is based in Amsterdam, with a U.S. office in Napa, Calif.

The work in Terminal 4 is one of several upgrades taking place at food-and-beverage zones throughout the airport.
