Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts recently opened its second boutique property in the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi. The 154-room Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi joins Mövenpick Hotel Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City with design features like earth-tone colors, dark wood floors, Kinetic fitness studio, conference rooms and two eateries. The properties are part of Mövenpick's goal of increasing its global hotel portfolio to 100 by the year 2010.
