Tivoli Properties is planning a $285 million hotel and condo complex for midtown Atlanta, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The Atlanta-based developer will build a 53-story building with a 198-room Mandarin Oriental Hotel and 71 condos priced from $1.8 million to $15 million. Tivoli ceo and president Scott Leventhal said construction could begin next year and finish in late 2011, if condo presales and financing fall into place.
