The Mohegan Sun casino/resort has added several restaurants in the revamped food court at its renovated Winter Entrance, including a Bobby's Burger Palace, the new chain from celebrity chef Bobby Flay that was profiled earlier this year by HospitalityStyle.com. Other new restaurants at the Connecticut gaming/entertainment complex include a Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, a Fidelia's Market, Jasper White's Summer Shack Express and The Original SoupMan.
The Rockwell Group designed Flay's restaurant, along with the rest of the revamped food court, which features a giant skylight capped with glass and metal-crafted chandeliers.
