Norwegian Cruise Line has revealed the restaurant roster for its new Epic ship, which is slated to begin operations next summer. The 4200-passenger vessel, the company's largest Freestyle Cruising ship, is currently under construction at STX Europe in France.
The Epic's dining establishments will include:
- Taste, whose décor will blend off-white, free-form plastered walls with European retro-chic mixed with brick details and floor to ceiling velvet curtains.
- The Manhattan Room, which will be reminiscent of an elegant art deco supper club.
- Café Jardin & The Great Outdoors, which are modeled after a traditional English country garden conservatory.
- Cagney's, which blend an American steakhouse and an Argentinean churrasco.
- La Cucina, a Tuscan-style eatery.
- Le Bistro, which will feature contemporary and traditional paintings and sculptures.
- Shanghai's, whose décor will reflect its namesake city in the 1930s.
- Wasabi, a sushi and sake bar.
- Teppanyaki, which will have 115 seats and knife-wielding chefs cooking exhibition-style Japanese cuisine on flat top grills.
- O'Sheehan's Neighborhood Bar & Grill.
- The Epic Club and Courtyard Grill, which will feature a private club ambiance.
