A disagreement between Norwegian Cruise Line and Aker Yards in France might delay construction-or even cancel the order-of the new 150,000-ton F3 that was scheduled to debut in 2010, according to Cruise Industry News. The industry publication reports that executives at Aker Yards declined to comment, and NCL stated it would not comment on any commercial or legal dispute related to the vessel's shipbuilding contract. NCL already has cancelled an option for a third F3 ship.
