Lily Bar & Lounge to open next year in Las Vegas
A new “ultra-lounge” is in the works for the Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The Light Group has hired international firm Munge Leung to design the Lily Bar & Lounge. That new venue will replace the casino’s Caramel Bar & Lounge, which is slated to close Nov. 1.
The 3,400-sq.-ft. Lily locale is scheduled to open in Feb. 2012 and will feature panoramic views of the casino floor, rich mahogany and golden tones, antique mirrors, imported stone from Spain, colored leather couches, plush community-style ottomans and brass high-top tables.
“Our new venue will be an intimate, luxurious setting where patrons can escape the chaos of The Strip,” says Andy Masi, a founding partner of The Light Group, which operates 15 food-and-beverage venues within several Las Vegas casinos, including the Bellagio, Mirage, Monte Carlo and ARIA complexes.
