STUDIOS Architecture has been hired to design The Loft within the 176-room NYLO hotel that's slated to open in late 2009 in Broomfield, Colo. Like other NYLO hotels, the new property will feature a central Loft with a full-service restaurant/bar, business center, gym, game room and boutique shop. However, designers from STUDIOS Architecture are changing how those spaces interact in the Broomfield locale, by creating a large, sunken living room with a see-through fireplace and pool table as its centerpiece. The hotel will be located in Interlocken Technology Park, a mixed-use development in the Denver/Boulder area.
