Swire Hotels has opened its first property, The Opposite House, in Beijing. The 99-room hotel was designed by Tokyo's avant-garde architect Kengo Kuma, with interior work by Shanghai-based designers Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu. The project is part of the mixed-use development by Swire Properties.
