Celebrated Los Angeles chef Laurent Quenioux has announced plans to open a new restaurant, BISTROLQ, on Beverly Boulevard near West Hollywood. Quenioux, who first gained fame at the Seventh Street Bistro in downtown L.A. in the 1980s, recently closed his Bistro K in Pasadena to seek a larger, more central location. His new restaurant is slated to open in mid July.
