236-key locale will open in 2013
Rezidor plans to open the 236-key Radisson Blu Hotel Belgrade in Serbia as part of a larger development that will incorporate an adjoining historic mill and a 12,795-sq.-ft. office building. The project is currently under construction, with plans to open fourth quarter of 2013.
Kurt Ritter, president and ceo of Rezidor, says Belgrade “is a vibrant, dynamic city with 1.7 million inhabitants where we see a considerable potential.” The hotel’s amenities will include a restaurant and bar, meeting space and a wellness area.
The Radisson Blu hotel Belgrade is Rezidor's first hotel in Serbia, and the hotel group with locales in 64 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
