Wyndham unit inks deals for trio of properties in Bangkok
Wyndham Hotel Group has signed its first management agreements in Bangkok. The deal involves three properties: the 188-room Ramada Encore Soi 10 – Bangkok, opening in 2010; the 98-room Ramada Hotel & Suites Soi 12 – Bangkok, also opening in 2010; and the 150-room Ramada Bangkok Sukhumvit, opening in 2012.
“Bangkok is the center of economic development and the most prosperous part of Thailand, making it an ideal destination for the growth of the global Ramada brand,” said Tom Monahan, Wyndham Hotel Group executive vice president of development. “These new hotels will further the brand's reach and clearly position Ramada as a strong, vibrant and leading brand in the country.”
The Bangkok properties will join Wyndham Hotel Group's managed portfolio of 27 Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties around the globe
