120-key hotel to open in late 2011 in South Africa
The Rezidor Hotel Group continues its expansion in South Africa with the planned opening of the Park Inn Cape Town Foreshore. That 120-key property is slated to open in late 2011 in a converted office building in Cape Town's central business district.
“Park Inn by Radisson is Rezidor's young and dynamic mid-market brand, and we are excited to bring it to Cape Town now on the back of the Sandton property which opened in Johannesburg earlier this year,” said Andrew McLachlan, Rezidor's South African based vice-president for Business Development for Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.
The new Park Inn will include an RBG Restaurant & Bar, a fitness center, a business center, two rooftop conference rooms and a rooftop terrace, bar and swimming pool.
