Complex gets $88 million line of credit from Banamex
Rosewood San Miguel de Allende and Artesana Rosewood Residences, a $250 million luxury Mexican resort, announced it has received an $88 million line of credit from Mexico's largest bank, Banamex. The development, which will include private residences, a spa, restaurants and other amenities, is slated to open next year.
“The loan demonstrates Banamex's faith in the strength of the Rosewood brand, Bald Mountain de Mexico, the State of Guanajuato, and the wonderful city of San Miguel de Allende," said David Parker, partner in Bald Mountain de Mexico, developer of the project, which is using the Rosewood brand under a licensing agreement.
