First Kerry locale features “three-in-one” F&B complex
Shangri-La International Hotel Management Ltd. has opened the first member of its new five-star hotel brand. The 31-story, 574-key Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai, is now operating in that city's Kerry Parkside complex.
“Kerry Hotels will appeal to the business traveler who prefers a vibrant and relaxed environment without compromising on service or quality,” said Greg Dogan, president and chief executive officer of Shangri-La International Hotel Management Ltd.. “The hotels are contemporary in style and provide a seamless link between business, entertainment and recreation. Extensive leisure facilities are designed to become a social activity hub for both hotel guests and the local community.”
The hotel is also home to an integrated, three-in-one designer dining and entertainment concept developed by boutique design consultancy Stickman Tribe: The Cook is the hotel's main à la carte restaurant, with 11 live show kitchens and seating for 365 people, while The Brew is a contemporary pub and The Meet is a steakhouse and specialty grill.
Other amenities at the site include a three-level sports club and a variety of meeting rooms and banquet spaces, including two ballrooms.
