The 300-plus room Sheraton Incheon Hotel has opened in Songdo City, a $35 billion "city-within-a- city" development near Seoul, South Korea.
A Hard Rock Hotel & Casino has opened in Tulsa, Okla., following a $155 million conversion of the former Cherokee Casino Resort. The 350-room property is owned by the Cherokee Nation and operated by its entertainment arm.
Seasons 52, a unit of Darden Restaurants Inc., announced it will open its 11th unit next year, in Schaumburg, Ill.
Choice Hotels International has opened a 129-room Cambria Suites hotel in Maple Grove, Minn. The property is owned and operated by Grove Hospitality, LLC.
