Starbucks is offering new health-food options for breakfast and cutting the calorie and fat content of its other beverage and bakery items. Starbucks' morning menu additions include oatmeal, a "Power Protein" plate, a variety of fruits, and whole-grain and multi-grain muffins, rolls and pastries. In its core beverages, the purveyor of specialty coffee says it has reduced the number of calories by 14 percent and skimmed fat by 36 percent.
