Retreat at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris
The Spa My Blend by Clarins, designed by Philippe Starck, recently opened at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris. The hotel describes the spa as “an ethereal white paradise of luxurious simplicity and timeless elegance.” The centerpiece of the 16,000-sq.-ft. spa is a 92-ft.long swimming pool, which is bathed in natural light and is the largest at any Parisian hotel.
The Spa My Blend by Clarins features seven treatment booths, including a VIP double cabin. Female guests are treated in white rooms with translucent pink accents, while male clients enter their treatment zones via a large, stainless-steel hall. The spa’s Ladies and Gentlemen areas both feature their own sauna, Turkish bath, laconium, shower experience and ice fountain.
Starck also created the other interiors at the recently renovated luxury hotel. Those spaces were profiled in a feature story in Boutique Design, a sister publication of Hospitality Style.
