InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) said its new 310-room Staybridge Suites in Manhattan will open in early April. IHG says the 32-floor property's suites are designed less like a traditional hotel room and more like a studio apartment, featuring a decor of vibrant hues, rich wood furnishings, white leather chairs and custom photography.
The property is owned by the Mehta Family LLC, and managed by NY Hotel Management, under a license agreement with IHG. “Our hotel provides an upscale and comfortable atmosphere where guests can relax and unwind after a busy day in the hustle and bustle of Manhattan,” said KK Mehta, owner of the Mehta Family LLC. “We offer the best of home and hotel, with complimentary extended-stay amenities and features that set us apart from other hotels in the area.”
