Texas de Brazil, a regional chain of 15 full-service Brazilian churrascaria restaurants, is working on an express version of its eateries, Nation's Restaurant News reports. The new concept is being built in the Preston Center shopping area in Dallas, the restaurant company's hometown.
The in-line shopping center unit is expected to feature gourmet sandwiches and salads, extending the Texas de Brazil brand beyond its mainstay grilled meats served by gaucho-clad waiters, NRN reports. Texas de Brazil is a family owned business that was founded in 1998 and now has locales in eight states.
