Newcomer luxury hotel brand The Address Hotels + Resorts has plans to open two more properties in addition to its flagship location in Dubai. Slated for completion by 2009, The Address, Dubai Mall and The Address, Dubai Marina will have similar over-the-top design features as the 196-room Address in Burj Dubai, such as the newly opened Neos lounge. Located on the 63rd floor, Dubai's highest lounge was crafted by United Arab Emirate-based WA International and features Art Deco details, floor-to-ceiling windows and black granite and crystal chandeliers.
