Want to own a piece of The Plaza? Well, you can – for $39 million.

That's the asking price the iconic New York hotel has placed on the 14-room State Suite, a 10,000-square-foot space that was originally housed lavish private entertaining spaces.

“Following its $450 million lobby-to-roof renovation, The Plaza is, again, the destination for the ultimate in sophisticated living,” said Elizabeth Stribling, president of Stribling & Associates, agents for the Private Residences and Pied-a-Terre Residences at The Plaza. “The State Suite encapsulates the very best of The Plaza, while its grand interior also offers the flexibility for individual creative design.”

The State Suite features original marble columns, 13-foot ceilings, marble mantelpieces, solid oak flooring and 23 massive windows facing Central Park and Grand Army Plaza. It includes five bedrooms plus one staff room, five full baths and three half-baths.
